Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance (SH&E) Goals:
- Communicate SH&E programs, requirements, responsibilities, and objectives to all relevant levels and functions of the organization.
- Promote SH&E awareness and understanding through education and employee involvement.
- Establish annual objectives and targets that result in continuous improvement of SH&E performance.
- Identify, assess and manage the SH&E risks and impacts of all LSSC operations.
- Acceptance of personal responsibility for SH&E requirements, goals, and objectives by employees at all levels of the organization.
- Implement best practices for protecting human health, safety, and the environment including pollution prevention, resource conservation and waste minimization.
